This weekend, the Premier League utilised some of our digital portfolio to launch their timely campaign reinforcing the message that there is “No room for racism” in football. The two-week campaign was rolled out across every Premier League fixture over the past weekend and will feature in all those up until Sunday 27th October. All 20 Premier League clubs are on board, as well as a host of sponsors, all united in the message which emphasises that racist conduct is not tolerated in an attempt to urge supporters to take action: “If you see it, report it.” The message explains that while there is room for passion, rivalry, drama, agony, ecstasy and every kind of emotion, there is no room for racism.

By using a selection of our sites, in cities hosting Premier League fixtures on that day, The Premier League were able to spread this message to the intended audience – match-going football supporters.
This was especially true for the Super Sunday match – Liverpool vs Manchester United – where at least 76,000 supporters attended and walked past our Hotel Football site, situated on the doorstep of Old Trafford.

Our fans share the belief that racism has no place in football or wider society, but discrimination still exists among a minority. We will not tolerate racism in any form and urge anybody who witnesses racist behaviour to report it.
