Operations Manager Location – Liverpool (Full-time)

What You’ll Do:
As an Operations Manager at Open Media UK, you are effectively the “heartbeat” of the business. The Operations Manager is responsible for the successful execution of OOH advertising campaigns across a national network of premium digital screens and the management of day-to-day operations.
– Oversee campaign operations and campaigns team
– Oversee content scheduling and monitoring
– Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and documents
– Maintain quality control within inventory
– Lead on technical troubleshooting
– People & Office Management
– Organise travel arrangements for the team
– Assist with events planning
– Internal comms regarding workspace updates, social events or policy changes.
– Working directly with our CEO (diary management/etc)
– Ensure smooth day-to-day running of Liverpool HQ
– General administrative duties such as answering phones
What We’re Looking For:
– Previous experience in an operations or project management role.
– Experience with Microsoft Excel
– Strong organisational skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a team but confident working alone
– Strong attention to detail
– Able to work from our Liverpool office full-time
– Also confident travelling alone (Liverpool/London)
